M.O.M. Project at Nkulumane and Airport Continue Through Drought

21 Jan Posted by in NEWS | Comments

The drought continues in Matabeleland, and M.O.M. Project  Facilitator Noma Mlangeni reflects on the importance of providing meals for young children during this time:

unnamed-3The months of November and December were truly months of thanksgiving for the children at Airport as they were happy and thankful to receive a hearty meal every week. The meals could not have come at a better time, what with the drought and their caregivers being laid off at work. The number of rainy days can be counted within one hand. We and the Airport children wish to convey our utmost gratitude to Partners for Africa for their continued support in providing meals for the children. We pray for more blessings for you as we continue such a wonderful program. These little children are truly blessed by the M.O.M project. It has not only touched their lives but those of their caregivers as well.

Partners 4 Africa currently provides 700 meals per week to at-risk children and orphans in Zimbabwe and Swaziland.  To get involved in the MOM Project, visit
